Resend a customer download link
Help a buyer access their purchased digital products.
The short answer
If a customer reached out saying they lost their download link or it expired, you can regenerate and resend their download link with one click.
Find the order in your dashboard
- Go to Orders in your DMDrop dashboard.
- Search by customer email or order ID.
- Click on the order to view details.
- Select Resend Download Link.
Copy direct download link
You can also copy the fresh download URL directly from the order panel and paste it to the customer via Instagram DM or support email.
