Set up Story Reply automation
Turn Instagram Story interactions into instant sales and leads.

Story reply automations allow you to send direct messages when followers reply to your active Instagram Stories or interact with question stickers.
Enable story replies
- In Automations, select Story Replies.
- Enable the toggle for Active Story Listening.
- Set keyword filters or respond to any story reply with your link-in-bio prompt.
- Click Save & Activate.
Best practices for Instagram Stories
Add a clear call to action on your story slide (e.g., “Reply TEMPLATE to get the Notion link sent straight to your DMs”). Short, punchy trigger words convert highest.
Tip: Keep the trigger word on screen for at least 3 seconds or add it as a bold text sticker.
