Connect Instagram Professional & Stripe
Connect Meta and Stripe to power your DM automations and sales.
The short answer
To run DM automations and receive payouts, connect your Instagram Professional (Creator or Business) account and Stripe account via the Integrations dashboard.
Connect Instagram
- Ensure your Instagram account is set to Creator or Business and connected to a Facebook Page.
- In DMDrop, open Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Instagram and log in with Facebook/Meta.
- Grant all requested permissions for direct messages and comments.
Important: Personal Instagram accounts cannot access Meta's messaging API. Switch your account to a Creator or Business profile in Instagram settings first.
Connect Stripe
- Under Payment Gateways, click Connect Stripe.
- Complete the Stripe onboarding flow with your banking details.
- Once verified, payments from your customers go straight to your Stripe balance.
