Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen to receive a secure recovery email.
Request a password reset link
- Go to the DMDrop sign-in page at dmdrop.store.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address registered with your creator account.
- Open the email and click the secure reset link.
- Set a strong, unique password.
Email not received
Check your spam/junk folder. If you signed up via Google or Apple OAuth, sign in using that method instead of a password.
