Invite team members and managers
Collaborate with social media managers, editors, or assistants.
The short answer
DMDrop lets you invite team members to help schedule automations, respond to comments, or manage product listings without sharing your Instagram or Stripe credentials.
Send an invitation
- Open Settings → Team & Members.
- Select Invite member.
- Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
- Select Send invitation.
Roles and permissions
| Role | Permissions | Recommended for |

| Admin | Full access to automations, products, Stripe payouts, billing, and team management. | Business partners & co-creators |
| Editor | Can create products, configure trigger keywords, and view analytics. | Social media managers & VA assistants |
| Viewer | Read-only access to sales charts, order history, and automation logs. | Accountants & analysts |
Invitation troubleshooting
If an invite does not arrive, ask your teammate to check their spam folder, or copy the direct invitation link from the pending invites table in DMDrop.
